Great location, close to the underground, you can walk to museums. We were unlucky that the AC didn’t work well, but they did switch our room after we told them. Breakfast is good, but nothing special. The staff was helpful and nice

The hotel itself is in an ideal location. 4 minute walk to the tube and plenty of restaurant options around. However, we reserved 2 family rooms in our booking. We were placed on opposite sides of the hotel and I was told that you need to request rooms be near each other. Oh sorry, I thought having them in the same booking was obvious enough. The rooms are VERY small. For being a family room, there is barely enough room to walk around or even put our suitcases. The rooms do not come with a phone (you must go to the front desk for any request) and the room also does not have a mini fridge and no ice machines on the property either.
