I enjoyed

It's nice a clean place. You will find everything you need close by: daily shops, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. And most importantly the train station is right behind the house. Furthermore, there are so many bus stops all around the building. I enjoyed a nice view from the kitchen. The owner was very kind and friendly. Definitely, I warmly recommend everyone who wants to delight a nice stay in London.

Misdescribed on site: Not a hotel and not a b&b

I refused to stay here on the condition of the block - poorly maintained, rubbish strewn about, front door insecure when I arrived. Missold via the photos (not of the block and none of the room) and misdescribed - it is not a hotel and I wouldn’t describe it as lodging rooms nor a guesthouse either. It has the appearance of spare rooms in a block of dilapidated flats. Hotels.com unhelpful both at time of checkin and subsequently and insist it’s up to the ‘host’ to decide to refund me. At time of check in hotels.com could not contact the host despite me pre agreeing an arrival time. Host contacted me three hours later when I was already on my way home. Waste of money and time.

La limpieza del edificio era muy mala, las escaleras estaban muy sucias. En sí la habitación y las áreas comunes estaban limpias, pero habían ruidos constantes que imposibilitaban el descanso. De las dos personas que trabajan para este sitio hay uno que está las 24 horas en el lugar y te obliga prácticamente a socializar con él cuando estás en el alojamiento (cabe aclarar que me hospedé sola y soy joven). Por el precio que se paga deja mucho que desear.
