Good setting , poor service .

The hotel was a bitter disappointment. I was given a basement room, marketed as a superior double room. There was nothing superior. The bathroom was small with an inward opening door so if anyone collapsed you would be unable to get in, the door needs to open outward. The shower was in the bath and had to climb over the loo to get in!!! No hot water signs Tea making facilities badly stocked. Windows did just about open and then outside was a cooling compressor unit running, rubbish bags stored and workman noise. i did complain, but as not offered a change of room until last day and could not be bothered to pack and move. Food on the whole was good, but each of the two evenings i dined in i had to find someone to serve. I know star rating only applies to facilities, but the service was not 4 star. Would not recommend at all.

A heritage site!

Immaculate. Conveniently located to restaurants and getting to rail stations. Not too far from Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, and etc. Jude was receptive in assisting this senior in mapping out routes to get to the above attractions. This hotel is a heritage place too! Charming,Small, and quaint 👍

Dont stay in room 104 every 10 minutes there's a loud machinery noise coming from downstairs. Did they care when i told them this morning? Nope! Unbelievable all that money for no sleep.

Nice hotel in Fitzrovia. Easily walkable from Tottenham Court Road tube station. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast had good choices.

Very Small room

i’m great position for hotel, but stay was let down by room size, wasn’t really a twin room more just a single with 2 beds. Had continental breakfast with booking, asked if i could upgrade to cooked breakfast but was told i would have to pay full price
