The Finca Sa Casa Nova is located approx. 2 km from Lloret de Vistalegre, on a 1,000 m2 garden plot in a rural area. A carefully restored house awaits you with a living space of approx. 90 m2 with a typical natural stone facade. With its modern amenities such as German satellite television, free wireless internet access, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, the house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.

At the back are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, in the middle is the bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In front of the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table. The private 6 x 3 meter swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols invites you to relax.
The partly natural property is ideal for children to run around.
Outside there is an outdoor kitchen, sink, stove and gas grill plate
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, dining room, open kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, outdoor shower next to the pool.
The property is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathroom and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.
The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. Noisy parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this regulation can result in guests being fined between €5,000.00 and €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
