The place was dirty, one key opens all doors, we had 2 men open our dooe in the middle of the night, no hot water at night, actually very little water supply at night time. Will never stay again

Ubicación, alberca, habitacion y restaurante eran buenos. La condición general de la propiedad ha bajado — como que ya no es prioridad para los dueños. También, permiten a huéspedes casi acampar — cocinando en asadores y con muchas hieleras etcétera. Música fuerte de invitados en la alberca.

Hotel con potencial para una mejor estadía
Este hotel y en general las instalaciones tienen potencial para llegar a ser un agradable y cómoda estancia, sin embargo lamentablemente en mi opinión esta funcionando al 40%. No hay personal suficiente, por lo que el descuido es muy evidente y falta de limpieza. A pesar de ello los fines de semana es visitado por un gran numero de personas, pero la mayoría a acampar y no se instalan en el hotel, se deja ver la necesidad de ampliar la alberca existente o construir otra adicional, ya que no es suficiente. Yo creo que si hicieran uso de tecnologías ecológicas sustentables como mayor paneles solares y una pequeña planta de tratamiento de agua, seria factible instalar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones (casi me desmayo del calor) ya que ni siquiera. Cuenta con ventilador; y reciclando agua las áreas verdes estarían hermosas. En las fotos que se muestran para promocionar a este hotel probablemente son de cuando era nuevo, por que nada que ver. El conceptos del lugar es como para descansar plenamente, pero con el calor que hay que aguantar dentro de las habitaciones y no poder disfrutar de la alberca por que esta saturada y no hay espacio para nadar de tanta gente. No volveré. Lástima! Ya que como dije, si estuviera atendido como se debe, seria un gran lugar al que mucha gente Regresaría.
