Nestled on the park side in downtown Little Elm, this charming 2 story home is walking distance to the park, the beach, soccer fields playgrounds, camping sites, boat launch, nature trails, wakeboard park, restaurant's, wakeboard park, water park and the new Tinman Social with bowling, arcade, firepits, restaurants and so much more!
This unique and spacious villa has been completely remodeled with a modern coastal vibe. TV's throughout, gas fireplace, electric shades. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large covered patio, and fabulous bedrooms.
The entire house is available along with large front and back yard. Access the back gate for easy commute to beach, nature trails, playgrounds, and parks.
Full access to hot tub in back yard. Temperature setting will be left at 95 degrees. Heats up to 104 degrees .
Rent bikes or bring your own, Weekend events going on all the time just a few blocks away. Walk out the backyard and enjoy it all.

Owner took money and left us stranded! 😡
Booked this property and quickly received a confirmation. Contacted owner the day we were supposed to check-in, because we had yet to receive the check-in instructions. Owner never responded to emails, calls, or messages. DO NOT BOOK THIS VRBO!

Wonderful Host and Awesome House!
There were not many pictures posted on the listing when we booked, but we were pleasantly surprised upon check-in. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, the whole house had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Mary was fantastic to work with, and we would absolutely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks again for a great stay!
