;Osborn is built on five hills (so they are hard to avoid) and this hotel was built on a hill. As a result, Reception was on the fifth floor (which they call 0) and there are four floors below it. Our room was on -3. Nothing wrong with any of that. But it means there are a lot of steps. For people with visual impairments, that was kind of hazardous. But in the breakfast room, the staff soon figured out that I might need help going up and down the steps (when my wife seemed to be ignoring me). But we both loved breakfast.

Excellent, friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. They made us feel at home. The rooms, though, are small, but homey. The grounds and buildings were formerly a convent. There may be nun ghosts (seriously). They like to slap stuff around sometines. We tried all of the hotel's food and bar options. The more formal restaurant was amazing, but be sure to make reservations. The less expensive S Santa Marta terrace resraursnt turned out to more ex0ensive than we thought, food was ok, but serves at times more convenient for those looking for an earlier dinner.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms. Perfect location! Close enough to the water and tourist areas but far away that’s its quiet. Be sure to grab an espresso and pastel de nata at Balcão do Marquês right on the corner!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and perfectly equipped with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen, which made everything incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, and the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our visit. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La chambre était impeccable, très bien équipée avec une laveuse-sécheuse et une cuisine complète, ce qui a rendu notre visite extrêmement confortable. The hotel is in a great place where you can walk to the park and many other things. Coffee shops close by. The hotel its self is very unique and has everything you’d need for a long stay.

The stay started good, but there were several issues. The TV was not in front of the bed, and in the studio/kitchen it was hard to watch also the main channels were not available. The window was very dirty from the outside. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly—only the bed was made, and dirt and papers were left on the floor. I booked this stay for my birthday but received nothing, not even a card, and the room was still dirty. Other than that, everything else was okay.

We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen. It was so nice that we didn't want to leave. It was a surprizingly well equipped kitchen, but we didn't get to use it as it was only an one night stay. The room also come with a comfortable sofa, which was combined with a dining table and a chair. Veryr well designed. We will definitely come back.

Expensive for what you get. Rooms are stylish but super small with hardly any space to even open a suitcase. There isn't even a bedside table. Some rooms have no window at all. The only daylight is through a door to the courtyard but needs to be kept closed for privacy. Location is good.
