Our room was large… very quiet. Room cleaning everyday.. staff were great. Arranged a taxi for us to airport only 20 euros… Would definitely stay here again.

While the location is exceptional, the room was small and very cramped. The floor was not level, the ceiling slanted (top floor) rendering half the space as useless and was basically only a bed and bathroom…not very relaxing.

This was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The entry door was no more than maybe 24”, I had to scoot against the wall to get to my bed, the 3rd bed was not sleepable as it was thin and hard, the shower almost overflowed because it wasn’t draining, the room was noisy with the breakfast room right next to ours. There were no amenities. A tea kettle would have been nice. And it had absolutely no decorating like shown in the pictures. I can’t believe they even rent out this room. I asked for another room but there weren’t any available. The ONLY feature that was nice was the location.

The staff were largely friendly and helpful. However, you were not provided any soap, told to use shower gel and also the toilet rolls were not topped up. The corridors were filthy and obvious signs of someone having been sick down it but it is not cleaned up.

The hotel is run down. There’s a weird smell in the hallway and the towels also have a strange smell. The area between the bathroom sink and the wall is disgusting.

We had a Superior room and while it was small, it wasn't as small as others in the Hotel. Room was clean but worn. Shower needed grouting cleaned. Simple fixes would make a difference. The location is great. Everything is right outside the door.
