Room clean, not enough towels for my family. Phone in room not working so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get towels. Told them about the phone not working. Returned to my room to take shower, used one of the towels and it had several holes on it, the boards were all worn out and strings coming apart. I had to walk back to the front desk, spoke to the lady at the desk. Her response about the old towel was that she didn’t work in housekeeping. I was upset at her response and lack of empathy. Then she asked if I wanted a replacement towel. I told her that was the reason I came down to the front desk. She wasn’t friendly or apologetic about the incident. We stayed there two nights and they never fixed the room phone. I will never stay here or recommend this place to any friends or family.
