Great location
Its a nice quiet spot, just outside of town, great atv/snowmobile trail access and a small but nice view of water. I would recommend the place for 2 or 3 people.

Property Stinks Inside
I can’t really explain the smell. Could be musty or smelling the sewer, to the point of making you feel ill. We tried airing the place out to no avail. Place seemed clean. The only reason we didn’t leave the first night is that we drove over 500 miles to get there and had nowhere else to stay. Other than the obnoxious smell, property seemed to be as advertised.

Nice Place
This is right next to the lake, the AC worked and it was hot, medium grade furniture. I would defiantly consider this for a visit in the area. Ther are some close neighbors but it was very quiet, Charcoal grill and fire pit ready to light. Host was very responsive. There are fish in the lake and all you need is a couple minutes drive.

The camp was comfortable, clean and has access to the pond. The location and the price makes this camp a great choice to experience cold stream pond. A relaxing, hassle free stay.
