Shower wouldn’t drain, toilet clogged when arrived , internet spotty, neither tv would connect to internet to watch shows, paperwork indicated could leave luggage for later pick up, when requested was told not available. Upon arrival info to gain access was not provided

Apartment has many flows

I stayed in this apartment for 7 days. This property is modern and pretty. It is located in a beautiful area in Miraflores. However this apartments too many flaws that will make your staying stressful. I hope they are able to fix all these issues. I came to Lima for work purposes. The internet connection is poor and slow. Randomly the internet here stops working or you will get kicked out suddenly all the time. It made my work delayed and inefficient. I also work in customer service and was not able to take my client's payments or sending them their corresponding invoices and receipts in a proper and timely manner. 2)I asked specifically for a blender since I am a nutritionist and my food diet is based on fruit and vegetable juices. Their blender was broken. The bottom of the glass had a leak. One morning, I made a big amount of papaya juice and realized 20 minutes after all the juice spilled on the kitchen counter. They said they were going to replace it but never did. 3)One bathroom shower did not contain the water properly. Everytime I took a shower the water ran out of the bathroom and ended up in the hallway and even the bedroom. It seemed the water also escaped from under the wall. I had to clean 4 times! Minor mentions: Windows are not hermetic at night we can easily wake up by constant traffic noise. No clothing detergent, you have to buy it in a local market and they are very expensive. They said they were going to give me ONLY around $40 back.
