Excellent communications, early check-in was much appreciated. Excellent location. Large open, bright. Enough amenities but was lacking in Microwave and toaster. Being vegetarians it was not easy to eat healthy in restaurants and without microwave re-heating was not convenient. Washer did not turn on. Pressure in washroom sink was non-existent. We stayed short time only but if these items are corrected, we would go back to stay in our next visit.

Great location, great wifi, great host

Great apartment! Raul was very nice and helpful, he even installed a washing machine for us. The apartment is super new but very cozy nonetheless. The location is fantastic, 7 minute walk to a 24 hour grocery store and right nearby a wonderful market with tasty food. Wifi speed was great (which is surprising for Peru) with 42 mbps down and 6 mbps up. It would hiccup every now and then but mostly stable so we were very happy with that, very glad they got that package :) Good water pressure too. Will stay here again! Highly recommended.

Great location and price.

Excellent location, secure with doorman and apartment very nice for the price. Owner had good and timely communications for checking in. Only areas that could be better is shower had weak hot water pressure and it was hard to get warm water flows. Either super hot or cold, so ended up with short essential showers. Toilet requires several flushes. But overall good value for price. Enjoyed my stay.

Pésimo. Hicimos la reserva y nos fue confirmada por un mensaje directo del establecimiento. Respondimos al mensaje y luego de ello no se volvieron a comunicar. Al llegar al lugar, nadie haía informado al portero de nuestra llegada y el teléfono que teníamos nos contestaron una primera vez y nos dieron información falsa (que era un número equivocado). No volvieron a contestar nunca más y tampoco respondían el Whatsapp (el número era correcto por la foto con su logo en el Whatsapp). Aparentemente nos cancelaron la reserva y no se dignaron a avisarnos y todavía estoy revisando si no hicieron ningún cargo en mi tarjeta. El establecimiento es el más informal en el qhe he reservado por Hoteles.com

Excelente Ubicación y super confortable.

Todo super bien. Desde le principio mucha predisposición para brindarme información de todo tipo. Raúl excelente, muy cordial, flexibilidad para hacer el checkin antes de hora y el late checkin lo mismo, cosa que nos sirvió muchismo. El Apartamento es comodo, tiene para cocinar, lavar ropa, tiene un espacio con un tender para colgar ropa y toallas; super bien mantenido. El lugar creo que es inmejorable. Cerca de Larcomar, muy cerca tambien de los super mercados Metro y Wom. El portero Miguel y Rosita, muy atentos y amables.- Super recomendable.
