"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. This hotel is taking advantage of its central location. In March, location doesn't matter. No one is going to enjoy the lake, the beach, the boating, everything New Hampshire has to offer in summer months during the month of March. "

We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips. We especially enjoyed the fancy beach chairs! I would highly recommend this location for a stay in Wolfeboro "
