Lovely villas, great pool, but no shop/bat

The villa was perfect for our needs, pool area lovely, But as was self-catering, missed having a supermarket/bar/restaurant, on the site, or within walking distance. And the self clean of the villa on departure was weird

Nettoyage douteux et forte odeur présente dans le 1er logement donné. Après explications avec le gérant, celui-ci a consenti à nous fournir un autre logement correspondant plus à nos attentes. Résidence vieillissante mais néanmoins confortable. Wifi payant ... alors que nous sommes en 2025.

Un super accueil mais une résidence vieillissante

Un très bon accueil à 'a réception avec des conseils de restauration et de stationnement pour éviter de perdre du temps en ville. Malheureusement la résidence en elle même est un peu vieillissante et manque d'entretien ( poignées cassées, prises scotchées, lino abîmé...).

Sejour agréable mais site hotel.com à revoir

Côté Nemea, rien à redire. Appartement et services conformes à un 3 etoiles avec un accueil tres sympathique... Côté Hotel.com en revanche , j aurais des remarques... les messages (chat) pour le prestataires (nemea), ne lui arrivent pas, les serviettes sont annoncées fournies et cela n est pas le cas, il est annoncé une service ménage par sejour, on pourrait penser que c est le menage final, or cela n est pas le cas. Aucun menage n est prevu... Donc en synthèse, beaucoup d options à prendre à l arrivée.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

Logements bien configurés résidence très calme et verdoyantes mais logements qui vieillissent mal propreté à revoir et manque d’équipements nous avons dû réclamer la cafetière et la télé manquantes il manquait des plats une porte cassée abattant cassé aussi propreté des sols et toiles d’araignées à revoir malgré l’odeur de produit prononcée à notre arrivée

Die Rezeption ist nur morgens und nachmittags je zwei Stunden besetzt, wer später anreist, muss sich mit der Unterkunft in Verbindung setzen. Problem 1: Meine Mail wurde nicht beantwortet. 2: Als ich aus dem Auto anrief, konnte ich nicht schreiben. Ich bat um eine Mail, die ich aber nie erhielt. Also später nochmals anrufen… Ansonsten ist das Personal immer nett und höflich. Im Zimmer angekommen: Kleines Schlafzimmer, keine Bettdecke, nur zwei Wolldecken und merkwürdige Schutzbezüge ohne Anleitung. Keine Handtücher, weder Seife noch Shampoo oder Duschgel. Bei Expedia waren Handtücher explizit angegeben. Auf meine Anmerkung an der Rezeption wurde nichts ergänzt, mir wurde erklärt das koste extra. Die Übernachtung lag bei ca. 80€ / Nacht, Bettzeug nochmals 10€, plus Handtücher, Internet,… Das wird dann ein teurer Spaß.

Personnel très sympa et accueillant. Le logement etait plutot spacieux et confort, petit + pour la roulotte où on peut commander a manger. La piscine est très bien malgré l'eau fraîche, les enfants lnt adorés.

Séjour en plein hiver avec contraintes sanitaires, donc forcément limité. L'absence de télé, de wifi, et la 4G très limitée nous a permis de nous déconnecter et de profiter d'activités familiales (vélo, promenade, plage, jeux de société) d'autant que le temps était beau pour une fin de février. L'appartement est correct pour le prix.
