Le logement est de l'époque de sa construction et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement.Pour ma part ,il était adapté à notre usage: seulement pour dîner et passer une bonne nuit.

une maison bien situé proche de la côte avec un terrain cloturé, une maison resté dans les année 80 ( mobllier literie vaisselle ) d' ou le prixun peu de peinture, un peu de ménage, un peu de mobiler comtemporain en feraient une villa de rêve
