Free shuttles are 50m away. Approximate distances: 800m from the Chavannes cable car, 1500m from the bus station, and 600m from the lake. 1 private underground parking space is available in the residence's shared garage. Electric heating is available.

Description: Entrance hall - 1 cabin bedroom with a sliding door and a single bed - Living/dining room equipped with a Rapido sofa bed for 2 people, TV, DVD player, and access to the balcony - Kitchenette opening onto the dining room, equipped with a large refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, 2 induction hobs, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, extractor hood, combined grill/microwave, and storage cupboards with cookware and utensils - Shower room (shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail).
