The hotel is very romantic excellent stay. Everyone super helpful and warm. Keep in mind don’t open your eyes under the pool as it has a combination of salt and chlorine that can make you see blurry for the rest of the day.

The resort including our Villa was absolutely amazing. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The resort itself was peaceful and the views were to die for. The gym facility was pretty good for a resort gym and the new steam room and ice bath are a great addition to the resort. I would highly recommend Baku Karang to anyone wanting to have a relaxing holiday.

As a return traveller to Batu my husband absolutely loved every minute again . Everything about Batu Karang the beautiful villa amazing staff the food ... just perfect . Worst part was having to say goodbye again . The position is perfect great Thai restaurant right next door and just a small walk on the boardwalk to the little beach and new Lagos restaurant that is spectacular . Or just stay in and enjoy the hospitality onsite .

Beautiful property with amazing views. Breakfast is excellent with many choices and great quality. Amenities are very good with good gym, ice bath, sauna and 3 pools. Property however needs more maintenance and upkeep as many things are tired or need attention. Housekeeping also needs to lift their game as major items of cleanliness and maintenance get overlooked. Great overall experience that could be even better with some good leadership and money spent.

Beautiful and relaxing stay!

Beautiful hotel and grounds and view of the beach. Great lounging by the pool and getting drinks/food at The Deck and the neighbouring Thai restaurant 👌. The included breakfast every morning was absolutely fantastic. I booked 2 nights in adjoining one bedroom villas with friends/family, and I loved it so much that I decided to stay on for 2 more nights!

We had a family stay and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were lovely and helped us book a fantastic snorkelling trip where we swam with manta rays and turtles. Great food and facilities in a wonderful setting on an amazing island!!

Amazing location, the views are incredible, rooms and those bathrooms breathtaking. Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. Great location to walk into town or the other way to Lago beach to swim out to the pontoon or go to the swanky spa next door. Restaurant recommendations Curry Traders, la Bianca and nyomans warring- reception can boom

The villas are just lovely - roomy and with a decent balcony for enjoying the view. The choice of 3 pools is great. We preferred the top 2 pools that were more private than the one next to the restaurant.

The resort is amazing. Situated on a hill, overlooking the turquoise bay, but they have buggy service to help you around if needed. The service is impeccable. The food is also amazing. We were able to check in a little early. They help with everything you want or need and make suggestions for things to do etc. Suggest booking Spa early if you desire (but they were able to squeeze us in). There is a Spa next door, same situation, very busy. Communication prior to check in was amazing. There is a ferry that lands right in front, so check it out if coming from Sanur. The hotel will offer to help book also. We came from NP so it we arranged independently. I wish we had stayed longer. I really want to say this was my favorite place in all of Bali. Yes. That good. Kudos to the Chef and all the staff. Thank you so much.

Simply amazing! Would have stayed forever! Beautiful room with an epic outlook to the beaches and local surf spots. The pools are immense and beautiful. The room tastefully decorated with outdoor shower and bath. The staff are second to none and always greet with a smile. Quick and easy to the good food spots and all around that end of the island.
