PERFECT location if you need to stay in Leland. We were in need of spot close to extended family for a reunion. Comfortable mattresses, clean, and large fenced in back yard. A few upgrades would make this a true 100% gem. Missing a can opener caused a slight issue but we just borrowed from relatives near by. There is some rust on bath light fixture and shower rods that needs just a cheap simple switch out, but in no way affected our stay.

April was amazing. She answered all my questions quickly and accurately. This was my first VRBO, it will not be my last. The house was setup very nicely, including games and books for the kids. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
