We left after only one night of our 15 nights we had booked. Pictures were not reflective of the room we received, did not demonstrate how dated and worn the rooms actually were. We booked interconnected rooms, the first thing I noticed was a towel laying down at the door of each of the bathroom, the reason became apparent when we tried to shower. The water did not drain away as it should, we had to turn the water off several times and wait for the water to drain before turning back on the water to complete shower. When we checked out we explained why we were leaving. We were advised that because we had booked through an agent (Wotif) that I would need to go through them to discuss any refunds, the following day I engaged in an online chat with a Wotif employee. They advised that they would need to contact the Sun and confirm. A few minutes later the operator returned and stated that the sun are stating that we are still at the property, I informed that we certainly were not and had checked out the day before. The operator then called the Sun again to discuss, the operator returned to advise that they had tried to advocate on our behalf but the Sun was unwilling to offer any refund or reimbursement for the 14 nights that we were not going to use.
