Must be self-sufficient.

The stay was very average. The hotel staff leave for several hours for lunch and are not around after 8pm. So, be prepared for very thin service. And, the only food service is some yogurt and coffee, only when staff is present since the reception lobby is locked if staff not present.

Boutique Hotel w/in easy walk distance to center.

Quiet neighborhood. Though no taxis available from train station after 8pm, and no front desk help after 9:30pm. Apart from that, it was a great stay and really close to downtown/center of town. Very clean and cozy, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Not worth the money.

Perfectly adequate hotel, but terribly expensive for what you get. One night prebooked plus a minuscule breakfast cost us €98 and the room was very small as well. Disappointing.

The receptionist was rude. Had no idea about how to deal with customers. The rooms are 6ft from a railway line. i woke up in shock and thought the room was collapsing around me as the train went past in the dead of night.

Pas pour moi

Malheureusement je n'ai pas regardĂ© les Ă©quipements de la chambre car je n'aurais pas rĂ©servĂ© en sachant qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation. Certes un ventilateur colonne est a disposition dans la chambre mais ca brasse de l'air chaud et dĂšs son arrĂȘt la chaleur revient direct. Petit bemol sur ce ventilateur, il y a une tĂ©lĂ©commande dessus mais pas de piles dedans donc impossible de s'en servir. Certains diront qu'il fallait ouvrir les fenetres mais le bruit de la rue en dissuade meme si le quartier semble calme, il y avait un petit groupe de pzrsonnes qui discutaient et cela faisait un bruit de fond donc pas possible. Sinon trĂšs mal insonorisĂ©, j'ai entendu un des voisins prendre une douche, les portes qui claquent, les gens qui marchent a letage superieur.... Dernier point bof, la tĂ©lĂ©commande de la television oĂč l'on ne voit plus rien sur les boutons, on ne fait que deviner... Petit dejeuner correct.

HĂŽtel proche du centre ville

Personnel Ă  l’accueil trĂšs sympathique. chambre agrĂ©able mais sans climatisation (nĂ©anmoins, gros ventilateur prĂ©sent dans la chambre) et salle de bain un peu trop petite. Pas d’ascenseur. Bon petit dĂ©jeuner frais et complet. Le gros plus de l’hĂŽtel est sa situation proche du centre ville Ă  pied. Le Puy en Velay est une trĂšs belle ville ( de jour comme de nuit avec ses spectacles de lumiĂšres !) .
