Description insuffisante, fuyez, sale

Ne pas réserver, incompétence totale, dénigrement et aucune gestion de réclamation pendant et après le séjour. Une agence de gestion qui ne s'occupe de rien qui promet de régler les problèmes (écrit par mail) mais rien ne se passe Appartement vieillot qui mérite d'être refait, pas très propre, linge de lit payé et sale (photo à l'appui), un parking qui n'est pas attribué donc annonce pas assez complète pour le consommateur car pas précisé: en pleine saison en 2 semaines de séjour à aucun moment nous avons pu avoir la place promise incluse dans le tarif. Pas de surprise pour le sympathique concierge qui nous dit que ça ne peut pas être possible d'avoir une place car il y a la moitié de places par rapport au nombre de lots et qu'elles ne sont pas nominatives. Dommage la vue est belle mais poplidays n'est pas à la hauteur et traite les réclamations bien après le séjour (5 semaines) comme Foncia location vacances Lavandou qui promet mais ne respecte pas ses engagements promis par mail
