Cette location semaine a Ă©tĂ© laborieuse et lourde, avec la rĂ©ception, Ă  s’y perdre, d’une dizaine d'emails rĂ©pĂ©titifs de la part de la plateforme, mais surtout du loueur, l'agence Foncia du Lavandou, dont un contrat Ă  imprimer, Ă  signer, Ă  scanner et Ă  renvoyer. Dont on n’a jamais reçu la copie signĂ©e de l'agence qui, si elle est si scrupuleuse doit l’ĂȘtre jusqu’au bout, par respect pour le client.ArrivĂ©e dans la location, le mĂ©nage de la SDB non fait, douche et WC Ă  nettoyer, tapis de bain trĂšs sale , plus tard constat de certaines vaisselles pas propres etc... On enverra un message Ă  l'agence qui reportera la faute au propriĂ©taire qui avait sĂ©journĂ© avant nous. N'est-ce pas Ă  l’agence de vĂ©rifier l’état de ses locations ? Notre relation avec l’agence a Ă©tĂ© laborieuse, de la lourde procĂ©dure de rĂ©servation, Ă  celle du dĂ©part, sur leur application, avec demande de faire des photos des piĂšces avant de partir (alors que la procĂ©dure d'entrĂ©e ne nous permettait pas de tĂ©lĂ©charger des photos du mĂ©nage non fait), mais aussi l’obligation de quitter la location Ă  8h30 pour pouvoir dĂ©poser les clĂ©s Ă  l’agence Foncia avant la l’heure butoir de 9h00 et de tĂ©lĂ©charger notre RIB (on l’aura envoyĂ© 3 fois!). Tout cela sous la menace Ă©crite de ne pas pouvoir rĂ©cupĂ©rer notre caution. A notre retour, Il a fallu envoyer 2 ou 3 emails pour savoir ce qu’il advenait de la caution, avant d’ĂȘtre confrontĂ©s Ă  leur mauvaise foi quand nous avons rĂ©clamĂ© le remboursement du prix du mĂ©nage, dont la m
