When entering The Southern Charm you will be greeted with a cozy living room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and kitchenette. There is a 3/4 bathroom with a large walk in shower, vanity, and toilet. The loft bedroom upstairs will greet you with amazing mountainous views. You will love the view from the upstairs king bed whether it be watching the 75in smart television or looking out the 5 panoramic windows. We are only 2 miles from the famous hot pools of Lava Hot Springs! There is one ring doorbell next to the front door for guest security. Pretty cool bin, the kitchen was pretty limited I'd like to see a hotplate added in the future otherwise people are limited to a microwave or cold meals. Really comfy bed, better than my bed at home.

Such an amazing location. Super close to Lava and all the activities there, but with the bonus of a quieter beautiful country feel. The kitchen was lacking--don't plan on making any meals unless they can go in a microwave.

The Southern Charm Silo was so perfect for our family’s stay in Lava Hot Springs. It was so clean, very luxurious, bright, and comfortable, also super close to the town. The bedroom was big and unique, a loft at the top of the silo, and had beautiful views, and the shower was huge! We appreciated the remote control blinds to block the early sun. The sofa bed was comfortable for my teen boys as well. Opened the door in the evening to find Cheeto the cat visiting and my boys loved him. The outdoor area with gas fire pit was also a great touch for the evening after swimming. We loved our stay here!
