We loved our stay. Only downside was upon arrival the tried to make us pay an upgrade fee to get a room with double beds. When the ad on travelocity clearly states that we have the option for 1 king size bed or two queen size if they are available. We have stayed there four times and love the hotel. But felt like they where trying to milk more money from us. And we were already paying for an upgrade from the basic unit. Still will stay there again.

Wonderful getaway hotel

This hotel and spa exceeded our expectations! Although our stay was for a quick two nights, the experience and stay was above and beyond. Valet staff were quick and very kind, so please tip them when you can! Our room was phenomenal! King suite on the 17th floor!!! The tub, although no jets or jacuzzi function, was spacious and wonderful. Full kitchen with new appliances, WiFi, though the WiFi did not work 70% of the time...Julius checked us in, a kind gentleman. No hidden charges or fees. Great place to stay will come back again!
