Busted pipe
We had a broken pipe in our original property, and the property manager communicated early and got us into another property without any hiccups. The replacement property was larger and more luxurious, and they moved us to it at the same price as our original property for the inconvenience. Very professional Handling of a customer issue and we were grateful. We will most certainly use this host again!

Terrible experience - cancelled 2 hours before
This property manager (Bohdi) was TERRIBLE. He was unresponsive and only replied to my inquiries one time in 2 days. He never responded and ended up COMPLETELY CANCELLING our booking 2 hours before checkin, leaving my family with no place to stay in Vegas at 4pm on a Saturday. He should be penalized and EVERYONE AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible because it wasn’t the property that I booked
The property that I booked was not the one that our host put us up at. He failed to tell us that the property that we booked a year ago was closed and he put us in some random person’s apartment. We woke up with an eviction notice on the door. We ended up having to leave and get a hotel. Still waiting for a refund. Not happy at all.

A true gem!
This condo was perfect for us! It was huge, very clean, close to the strip, and a great deal when we booked it. Don’t be deterred by the look (or smell) of the complex’s hallway; once you get in the door of the condo everything is beautiful. The couch is SO comfortable! Excellent amenities, great communication from the seller. We would absolutely love to stay here again!
