We checked in at 3 am didn’t arrive into town till late. When I asked for a crib the front desk lady tried to charge me $20. I had already been told prior to my stay it was free. They brought a crib without any sheets I had to go back to the lobby to get my baby some sheets. Then at 730 am house keeping knocked at our door really fast 2x then opened it. Good thing I had the lock latched they said it showed that nobody was in the room. I told them there is and we are all asleep we checked it at 3 am. I then put a we’re busy sign provided by the hotel on the door but again they knocked at 930 and tried to enter our room. I was not pleased I told the man as we checked out what happened. He said yes there was a problem with your room it had you as not checked in. He also apologized about the crib fee and said they didn’t charge the room because it was free. Also the pool was nasty, no spa it was drained. The bedroom had coffee maker supplies with no coffee maker. The bed was comfy though. Over all I’d say don’t stay there horrible.

Nice room.

The room and staff was very nice. The room was clean and pretty standard. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, but they did add a mattress pad which made it slightly better. Easy access to the freeway and shopping. The free breakfast was hot and fresh. Good pancakes!
