I would like to suggest to comfort Inn: please let your Guest know if they will be receiving Maid Service for the duration of their stay or can they expect clean towels everyday or not. We were expecting at least clean towels & Maid Service & we did not receive such service at all. We had to go look for the Maid late that evening because not room service all day or at least clean towels 😝

This was crazy. The first night somebody was sleeping in the hallway on the way to our room. Going back upstairs from getting our bags, pizza all over the elevator floor. Waking up the last morning a bug was climbing on the wall ! I had it it was disgusting. Trying to get my nerves together 5 minutes before check out housekeeping bangs on the door saying checkout in 5 mins. Well 11:03am comes in bang bang bang on the door again saying it’s time to checkout. I was over it . Horrible stay never again !

It was a place to stay on a very long road trip however the bathroom was dirty the shower curtain was disgusting w stains n soap scum the floors and elevator smelled the deposit for damage was crazy for the price of the stay still have yet to receive my deposit back of 250$ let’s, my kids wanted to go to the pool if look as if it’s rarely cleaned just packed w chemicals and build up everywhere. Wouldn’t stay there again if I didn’t absolutely need to

Hotel was nothing special. Requested a room change after giving us one next to the elevator. We were given one farthest from the elevator. It not like the hotel was busy, with 4 cars in parking area. Room was serviced each day, breakfast was good.
