Hotel is also a Casino, but gamble is the Wi-Fi

Pros: The staff was friendly. There are restaurants in the casino so its convenient, but it is average cuisine. They do have a pool and hot tub.
Cons: The internet included with the resort fee is terrible. Recommend not using it.
Location: It is near the I-515 & I-215 so easy to get to other places, but you better have a car.
The rooms are pretty standard and generally comfortable. Typical for Las Vegas hotels you must go through the smoky casino to get to the room elevators, and they also charge a resort fee that supposed to include amenities. There was no coffeemaker or microwave, but a free newspaper, and local and long distance calling, and "free" internet. The internet was what bothered me. Trying to log in to the hotel internet was difficult. Had to call the front desk, who had to reset the internet before we could use it. Also, it is slow with a faster internet available at added cost. They also warn you that it is open to the public so be careful what you try to do. I didn't use it for anything important, but my laptop didn't work well at the hotel, or even though it was protected, it is slow on my own private Wi-Fi. Probably shouldn't have used it.

In drove over 12 hours after getting lost on my way tfrom Idaho to Arizona only to be greeted by one of the grumpiest clerks I've ever met. She was rude and sarcastic. After having me fill out a guest form I inquired about my pet (a cat) which I was to register before checking in. She promptly I formed me that cats weren't allowed. I asked, even if she is in a carrier? She said no. I told her I was so tired that I couldn't think and asked what she might recommend? I don't know, was her response and just check on expedia.com. I prepaid my room and didn't even get to stay in it. When I looked at the pet policy for the hotel it states that a $250 deposit is required, but only for dogs. It doesn't say that cats aren't allowed. I had to force myself to stay awake and drive to Arizona. It took a total of 24 hrs. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice property, quite, but still convenient.

50 characters are entirely too many, & too much dialogue for you to require for a 'voluntary' review ❗

Good location I was in Henderson for business

Pros: Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The location worked very well for me
Cons: Raise prices and wave the resort fee.
I enjoyed my stay I am only unhappy with resort the fee. I did not have a newspaper delivered to my room as part of what I was paying a resort fee for nor did I use the pool. When I go to a resort I expect the price of my room to include use of the resort. This way if I choose not to use the pool or gym (which they don't have) I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off.

Big disappointment.

Pros: The lighting in the bathroom is great.
Cons: It would be nice if they were just as interested I the hotel guests as they seem to be interested in the gamblers.
Location: Location is terrible. All exits put you on a freeway. Whether or not you want to get on one.
Having to go all the way thru the casino to check into the hotel is very bad. Made my poor dog very nervous. Stupid place to put in a check in desk. No bellman (bell woman) service. No room service, not even a coffee maker. I am not going back.

Nice place to stay off strip.

Pros: I feel like I'm staying with friends
Cons: I have no complaints
Location: Close to the strip, the dam, machine gun range, hiking trails, boating, anything(well almost) you want in less than an hour
Only 30min away from the strip and all that congestion. Maids not the best but the whole staff are very friendly, including the maids, and the gaming is not as shiny as the strip but far easier on the wallet so if you want the most bang for your buck and quick access to all shows and concerts then this is the right place for you

Only a 1x stay, but great for gambling

It is definitely not more than a 2-star stay. The air conditioner kept us up all night and the beds were not comfortable at all. I definitely liked that there was a Starbucks, but found it really odd that we had to get pool towels from the Reservation desk. There was also no lifeguard on premises.

There are pros and cons

Pros: The casino was nice.
Cons: Your bedding could be improved.
The positive points was the check in was friendly. The casino was nice and the room was quite. Now for the negative points. The bed was hard as rock with a noisey plastic mattress pad. There were only 3 pillows on the bed with no extra ones in the closet. The furniture in the room was cheap and the lamp would not stay on.
