The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The bed mattresses felt a little worn. You can feel a couple of springs. Overall, an OK place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head for the night. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly.

Two day stay

The staff was welcoming and respectful. The view from my room was amazing, I overlooked the pool,casino, and Mt. Charleston covered in snow. The happy hour was a Hugh hit! Terrific piano player along with complementary wine ,beer or non alcoholic choices. Cookies were also offered along with a place to purchase water, snacks etc. 24 hours.

Amazing; hard pillows tho

It was really good friendly service and really clean rooms. There were only a few things that got to me like the key card stopped working twice and we had to go fix it. Also the pillows were super hard. I loved that it had an ice box and microwave. The shower was super nice I took a tub a few times that that was amazing. I would 100% go back but would probably buy pillows for my stay lol.

When I checked in, the front desk invited me to visit the lounge as they had happy hour where guests and enjoy free cookies, drinks, and music for 45 more minutes. I put my things in the room and came back to the lounge (maybe 5 minutes later). The lady managing the drinks and cookies table said someone just took the last cookie. I asked if she was going to bake some more, she refused saying it would take 15 minutes to make them. They had 40 minutes remaining. I thought, “wow, the front desk did such a great job of inviting and the hotel did such a great thing to offer a happy hour, it’s sad that one employee who didn’t want to do her job said, with a smile, that she didn’t want to bake more cookies. Just kills the efforts of others.
