The Space:
Climb up to the rooftop deck around golden hour, pull a chair to the fire pit table, and watch the Organ Mountains turn pink. This is 60 private acres of New Mexico desert, and for a few days it's all yours!
Inside, the 3,000 square foot layout stays open and sun-filled, with two indoor fireplaces and a chef's kitchen that looks straight out at the mountains.

Every bedroom has its own smart TV.
The garage is the sleeper hit. Roll the big door up and play pool, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, darts and arcade games with panoramic mountain views as your backdrop. Step outside for badminton, horseshoes and cornhole, then finish the night at the outdoor fireplace with the grill going.
This one is built for families, reunions and groups who want real room to roam. Worth knowing: the rooftop deck is up a flight of stairs, so it isn't ideal for anyone who'd rather stay on one level.
Our local team is close by throughout your stay, so you can drop your bags and just enjoy the quiet out here.
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire home and all 60 acres to yourselves. The only spot that stays locked is our cleaners' closet.
The Neighborhood:
Right outside: Hiking and biking trails start at the property, with national monument land and scenic desert trails just minutes up the road.
Food & drink: About 15 minutes into Las Cruces for New Mexican classics, green chile everything, a winery bistro, brunch spots and full grocery stores.
Day trips: White Sands National Park is roughly an hour away, and El Paso is about an hour south.
Good to know: You get all the privacy of the desert with town close enough for a dinner run.

Getting Around:
A car is really the way to go out here. Parking is easy in the driveway, and town is a quick 15 minute drive for groceries or dinner. Uber and Lyft do operate in Las Cruces, but pickups this far out can be slow, so plan on driving.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We kindly ask that your dog be crate-trained and that you pick up after them.
Small gatherings are welcome -- please reach out in advance so we can make sure everything is set up for you.
Parking is available in the driveway.
The pool spa comes with complimentary heat. Heated pool fee is $200/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.

You may spot local birds and other desert wildlife around the property.
Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.
GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.
