The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The hot tub wasn't working properly so that was a bit disappointing. Our shower needed a new shower head. The bed was very firm and we did not sleep well.

The first red flag was a truck outside with workers loading rolls of carpet. I was given a room key amd when I went to the room the maids got upset because they hadn’t cleaned it yet. There was no other option to enter, the hotel faces south, the wind blew nonstop so the dirt blew into my car every time I opened the door. The front lobby was soiled carpet and unwelcoming. I’m glad I got insurance to cancel!

Great hotel for our family. Guest service/hotel staff was nice and inviting. However not in the best condition as some other hotels in the area, but not the worst either. Spa not working and facilities not in the best condition. We stayed there about 10 years ago.
