OCCUPANCY & CONDUCT
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
No parties, events, or gatherings
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighboring homes. Outdoor noise, music, and conversations must remain at a respectful level at all times.
Children must NEVER be left unattended

PARKING
3 vehicles max. No trailers, RVs, or campers permitted

PET POLICY
- Max of 2 PETS PERMITTED. Pets must never be left unattended or to roam the house or property. Las Cruces has a leash law for your pets safety and safety of others.
-Do not allow pets on furniture or bedding.
-Please clean up pet excrement. Poo bags are provided and located in the garage. Do not allow pets to do their `business` in the garage or on the patios or turf.

SMOKING & FIRE SAFETY
No smoking or vaping inside the home
Outdoor smoking is permitted but subject to local fire restrictions. NEVER dispose of cigarettes or cigars on the ground, driveway, or off decks

HOME CARE
Please do not bring food or colored beverages into bedrooms to protect linens
Do not move furniture
Fireplaces and grills must be used responsibly

TRASH DISPOSAL – IMPORTANT
Guests are required to dispose of all trash upon departure. Trash cans are provided and located outside near the garage. Brown trash cans are for household waste and are picked up weekly. Recyclables are placed in the blue containers and are picked up bi-weekly.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without refund.
