In Largentière, we offer you this charming 90 m² house which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lounge area, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 52 m² garden. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 20 m² living/dining room with dining area
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Lounge area with two sofas and TV
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 (communicating): two single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
Please note that you have to go through bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3, as these are two adjoining bedrooms.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- 52 m² private, unenclosed garden with garden furniture available
- A south-east-facing terrace of approx. 15 m².
The house is ideally located in Largentière, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
