room was dirty when we got it so i went to the office to complain and got another room but there was a door that connects both room and door was broken and the door knob was missing in its place they had a paper nabking in the hole ac was not working properly neighbors next room were real noeicy could not sleep good the frist night stay was terrble over all will never get any reservation on this hotel

Nos quitaron la reservación y nos dijeron así que le hiciéramos como quisiéramos, el personal muy feo, el lugar muy feo y olía feo, no volvería a reservar ahi nunca. Desayuno con mucho que desear.

En la reserva solicite habitación de no fumar y me dieron habitación de fumadores. La habitación tenía fuerte olor de cigarro. En la reserva solicite desayuno incluido para todos los huéspedes (4) y solo me respetaron para dos. Además de ser muy limitado.
