This Spacious Condo is nestled in the middle of the Laramie Downtown District. It has 1 Master Bedroom, 1 bathroom, a sleeper sofa, Stainless Steel Appliances, and gorgeous views of the courthouse and Downtown Laramie.
Everything is brand new. Lots of space for you to enjoy while you're here. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and the University of Wyoming. There is one off street parking space included and plenty of street parking around if you have a trailer.

Great place awesome location
Everything was just as described and worked great for our three day weekend. My kids stayed the first night unplanned and our host was gracious about that. Super appreciated! Will stay again!

Great downtown location
The downtown oasis was a comfortable stay located exactly where we needed to be. Everything we needed to access was within walking distance. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t use the kitchen, but everything was comfortable & clean. It’s a nice place! You do end up hearing the train and there’s a bit of traffic noise, but it should be expected due to the downtown location. Turn on your white noise app and you’ll sleep soundly.

Didnt realize all of the steps wouldnt of stayed for i have asthma and with the higher altitude i had problems and th we re wasnt enough towels

Nice little apartment, perfect for two. We stayed two nights and walked to local businesses to eat. sure we were in the right place at first as it is on the side of an office looking building.

Laramie across from university
This stay was one night as we were traveling. The apartment was very nice. It is an upstairs apartment. It was very clean and neat. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice after a week in hotels to have the kitchen and standard refrigerator. It was very warm in the apartment when we arrived. Luckily, we always travel with a fan. We placed the fan near a window to push the warm air out. Between the fan and their portable AC unit we were able to cool it off in the apartment. The parking for the unit is just off the street to the west of the unit and the door is on the south side of the building. We had to search a bit to find the correct door. Overall this is a nice little apartment and I recommend it to those who don't mind going to a second floor apartment.
