This hotel is very well designed and it is easy to navigate. The staff were friendly & efficient and there was an excellent choice of culinary fayre. I recommend this hotel based on the aforementioned, alongside the spa and leisure facilities. NB. they don't sell alcohol.

It was upsetting that they had no alcohol on the property and that one of the restaurants wasn’t in service. Eating dinner, we were the only ones in the restaurant and they still charged us for the tea that was displayed even though we had been at breakfast a couple hours prior.

The insurance is provided by AIG and you need to fill out an extensive claim form in attempt to get your money back. And Expedia says not their problem, should have read fine print. Well, who does? Just want a room, not thousand word contract. Apparently trip insurance is a cash cow so it’s promoted aggressively. Beware."
