It was late at night. Hotels.com charged me extra for breakfast but when I arrived they said it was for an extra bed. And this was not resolved. But the main thing was that sparkling water, no brand, I was asked to pay 225 Thai baht, which was insane. The room is old and didn’t smell good. I will not go back there. Not worth the money.

Great airport views. Big improvement since I last stayed here when it was the Grand Come Inn. Breakfast was great, good select of Asian and Western. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Well located as an airport hotel. Good for a short stopover. We used it for a stay of 6 or 7 hours in transit. It’s only about 10 minutes from the airport by cab (THB200). The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable & clean, even though the hotel is quite dated. We had a nice meal and a couple of beers downstairs. It was excellent value.

State of rooms are much poorer than advertised

The lobby is OK but the rooms are very rin down. The grouts and sjkwer curtains are mildewed and floors look very worn. This is lisyed as a 5-Star hotel but it is 3 stars at best. The entire hotel is old and needs refurbishment. Beds and linens are clean and comfortable. Nothing wrong with staff and service people. Very good shuttle service and staff are helpful and friendly. It is a convenient location for overnight transit at BKK.
