Thailand Hotel Travel Guide\n
With its white-sand beaches and tranquil Buddhist temples, its jungles thrumming with insects and birds, and its cities pulsing with the sounds of urban nightclubs, Thailand has long been a refuge for those seeking both pleasure and peace on their vacations. Whether you'll be fishing, sailing, and sunbathing around the Gulf of Thailand or paying tribute at this Southeast Asian nation's picturesque monasteries, Thailand offers a truly unforgettable experience. Better yet, hotels in Thailand suit a range of needs.
Visiting Thailand
Most visitors start their vacation in central Thailand, where Bangkok -- the capital -- is located. While staying here, you'll find many cozy Bangkok hotels to suit your needs, and sites like Wat Pho (a peaceful Buddhist temple), the Grand Palace (the opulent royal residence), and Khaosan Road (a famous party area). After your time in Bangkok, make your way to Isan, in the northeastern region of the country, to enjoy views of rice fields and check out the bears, gibbons, and elephants (oh my!) at Khao Yai National Park.
In northern Thailand, don't miss the Golden Triangle, where you can tour the Hall of Opium and see the confluence of the Ruak and Mekong rivers. This region is also home to Chiang Mai, which is popular for its laid-back jungle vibes and sacred sites such as Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, a mountain-top temple known for its glistening golden design. In the east, you'll find Pattaya, a city that boasts some of the best Thailand hotels along happening Pattaya Beach. Southern Thailand, which features incredible coastline destinations along the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand, is absolutely worth a visit if beach bumming, scuba diving, and jungle trekking interest you. Phuket, Krabi, and Ko Samui are all good choices, as these destinations truly boast some of the best beaches in the world.

Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21
"This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Hotel is conveniently located in Sukhumvit and the MRT and BTS stations are a minute walk away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. All of the staff have great attitudes. On this stay I would like to point out an exceptional staff member, James Kiattisak at the front desk. James was instrumental in ensuring that my stay would be great as I had messed up my reservation carelessly and James took the time to fix the issues that I had created (I messed up the reservation, not the fault of the hotel or Expedia). So many other hotels in the west would have been dismissive of me due to my error, however this staff member went above and beyond to rectify my error. Will I return? Absolutely"
