First, we did not get the room we requested we were not notified that we weren’t going to get that room. Second, the front desk did not inform us of all the rules and regulations and asked for 1000 baht for the deposit which was not stated. Third, on their website stated that parking was included but when we got there was no parking available for us and we had to park on the sidewalk then we found out from the security guy that all the parking was rented to people outside of the hotel. We were supposed to stay there for two days and three nights but we decided to checkout early because of all these inconveniences. Do not recommend.

I do recommend it

For the price it is great . Good service ,cleaning daily room could be improved that is a sore point after few times I made noted that the room daily is not done properly.the best thing has been that one night the air con was not working properly and in 20 minutes the problem has been fixed from the guy of the maintenance.room are big ,gym available,central area so I do really recommend it to everyone short stay and long stay .

I will stay here again, close to the many popular areas...nestled in neighborhood keeping it i. A quiet location, only bad part the roads are vwry narrow, so if your getting a car dont, grab got me to where i needed. The jaccuzi on the rooftop wasnt filled, so instead of waiting to fill it, just went to the pool instead. Restaurant was very good food selection includinf vegetarian options, laundry on sight, coffee shop too.havi g breakfast included was worth it.
