We did not have our towels changed we had to take our dirty ones down to the desk to retrieve towels ourself the bed was squeaky and hard and it looked like a blow up bed on stilts. I I would never go there again

We had an ocean view but far away. Service people were very nice . Pool was good. We had a handicapped accessible room which was perfect for us. Only thing I would suggest is to not plan on watching TV very hard to get a channel as the internet was not good
