The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was fast and easy to take to a your room. Loved that it had a refrig/freezer and microwave in our room and one-cups for coffee in the morning

Upon arrival hotel staff said we did not have a reservation even with us showing them the reservation. After a while they finally found it but said it was for yesterday and that I was a no show. Once again reservation showed check in was the day we arrived. Finally asked if they have a room. Yes we have a room. While walking to room the whole area smelled like marijuana. Upon arrival at the room we found there was already a guest in the room. Scared them and us. Went back to front desk and told them to cancel our stay. Went across town and stayed at another hotel. Worst experience ever at a hotel.

The room and bathroom are actually clean! :) The furniture made me feel in a Marriot Countyard (ok, on a little old one but definitely a solid furniture). The bed is great. Super polite staff ! Good options for quick meals a walking distance. Breakfast is a bit simple, but juices and coffee are definitely quality ones (seems they gave priority on have less items but quality offers). Issues: the shower is a little weak (but really heats and have a great temperature control) and some guys started to smoke weed ai night at the outside balcony and it was capture by the air conditioner.

The staff members were cordial and attentive. The room looked clean but needed an update. This place really tries but it can't help the fact that it is located next to a semi-truck stop with overnight parking. The noise from these trucks is 24 hours. Breakfast was as listed as offering a variety of take and go items. unfortunately, I was approached at 2 different times by unhoused persons, which made me uncomfortable. However, the final straw was the domestic disturbance in the room next to mine during the hour i was prepping to leave. It was progressively louder and more threatening. The photos show a nicer view than it really is. Keep trying to improve!!
