The room was clean and comfortable. If I were staying longer, I would miss having a dresser with drawers and an actual closet with a few hangers. Most disappointing was that the property was advertised as having a restaurant. Upon arriving, we were told it was closed for renovations. Not having to go out for dinner and breakfast was one of the main reasons we booked this location. Certainly not a lot going for it for the high nightly rate. I was also not happy with being required to post a $100 refundable deposit for any damages! Not sure what 2 senior citizens spending a single night could do to the room, but for a room that was already $200, it seems like overkill.

Key did not work after 30 minutes a different room was assigned. Checkout was horrible. Has to wait for room inspection before refund was returned.

Nice pool. Impressive restaurant/bar attached. Close to Fort Pierce downtown/actdivites. Quiet location. Good for family or weary traveler. Beds were great. Bathrooms clean. Although building is dated, facilities and rooms were good. Great value. Speedway gas station close. Along with other bars, restaurants and stores. Port Saint Lucie 11 miles south. Vero Beach 15 miles North. Downtown Fort Pierce (courts, theater,city center, marina, etc) 1/2 miles away (20 minute walk, 2 minute drive).
