"At checkin I was told pet fee was 25 dollars. At checkout I was hit with 85 dollars. I called Hampton customer service and I gave them the hotel location and they confirmed it was $25. Then I was placed on hold. The rep came back and corroborated the $85. Why wasn’t the pet fee clearly stated upfront? I give the staff at this property an “F” for failure to clearly communicate pet prices upfront."

"Room was really clean at check in, but the next few days they did not keep up with the room being vacuum or to make sure we had soap. Besides that pool was clean and hotel was really clean smell fresh. Friendly hotel staff. "

"We had a very nice stay overall. The home itself is beautiful, well-located, and we especially enjoyed the neighborhood and surrounding area.There were a couple of minor issues early on (including the water heater and missing smoke detectors), but those were addressed during our stay.I do want to mention one important issue related to the booking. Prior to our stay, we agreed with the property manager to shorten the reservation from six weeks to five weeks. Unfortunately, the agreement was never updated, and we were ultimately charged for the full six weeks.I paid in full in good faith and followed up multiple times to resolve the overpayment, but unfortunately, I have not received a response.I’m hopeful this will still be resolved. For future guests, I would strongly recommend ensuring that any agreed-upon changes are formally updated in writing before final payment is made."
