Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate sharing your concerns. Regarding our front desk agent, waiting for her ride using her phone out of the clock and wearing her outside outfit will be mention in our next meeting. We are not mandatory wearing a uniform and therefore they can wear a casual outfit and not pajamas. Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our room, but I will assure you we are dusting our amenities and sorry if the coffee press provided in the room is not enough for you. Regarding stain in the room, we would appreciate it if you came or call the desk and we can correct our mistakes. Unfortunately, we cannot make the correction if the guest doesn't say anything during their stay. We are doing our best to keep our property presentable and making some changes to upgrade. Thank you.
