This is a renovated motel. Our check in was easy, the room was clean, the decor was cute, and the owners had a welcome basket in the room.

Not worth it

Will no be staying there again!! No front desk everything on line. Stayed for two nights no one ever came to bring clean towels for the next day, when I texted that I needed clean towels they said to get them myself from the common are.no washcloths no hand towels. Only a couple of bath towels left. And the guy that was in the are looked like housekeeping or something. Was so rude. Never again will I stay there

Quaint and comfortable room. There is no office to check-in, it all done on-line. The amenities include free parking, outdoor lounge area, and an indoor area stocked with coffee and snacks. A very nice and well kept property.

Very friendly people and I enjoyed the outdoor seating area, especially to relax after spending the whole day in crowded areas. The floor in our room was extremely dirty and sticky and our air conditioner would start making a very loud noise after it ran for a long time which would wake us in our sleep.

Just a couple things about our room. Front door handle has no lock, so when you close the door you have to use the dead bolt because the handle doesnt work. Table in the room that leans again the wall was not attach to the bracket. Touched the table and the whole thing fell over with everything on it crashing down. Room was much smaller then anticipated. No where to even put your bags if there are two of you. And last but not least, our sheets were dirty when we got into bed that night. No idea how they got like that but not a good sign.

Nice place for the price.

Nice place for the price. Nothing fancy but clean and well kept grounds. Ray was great, helped me with the check in process and gave us some great tips about things to do in Tahoe. The location was great considering we were there for a golf tourney which was a short 15 minute walk. New mattresses might be needed but all in all a nice place!

Disappointed more with the customer support than the room. We drove 5 hours and wanted to rest. The place looked lovely from the outside and once we started to set up. We noticed some black thing on the bed once we got closer look we found mouse feces on the bed sheets and under the beds. We tried to contact customer support but no one answered for several minutes. Our family members then discovered used things on the kitchen liked used ice on the sink. Dirty wine glasses and when we open the fridge there was mold (see pictures). Overall the place was very dirty. Customer support when we told them they claimed that the room was not dirty (see screenshots) and that the housekeeper was just there and told us to wait until tomorrow! Obviously we packed our things and asked for a full refund. They finally called us after calling them multiple times and they claimed “they couldn’t answer the phone. When they called us a guy very angrily said they will never give us full refund because we “refused” to get our room clean even though they wanted us to sleep on mouse feces. We were there maybe around 20mins or less. Don’t recommend it at all. Nothing.
