Great Location and balcony, nicely decorated
The location was great. Walking distance to everything. Beach access across the street. Loved the balcony and view. The place was nice, comfy bed and sofa/bed in the living room. Loved everything about this place. Only downfall (why I scored a 3 on cleanliness) is the only closet (bedroom) had so much crap piled in it, couldn't hang any clothes unless you empty it out! Then the crap was piled in the bedroom. Also, if looking for the beach chairs and umbrella (which was broken) are outside along the side of house. Plus for the beach. Found them by accident. But all in all, loved the place and would definitely come back. Decorated nicely. Great communication. Thank you for making your place available.

Great location if you wear noise cancelling head phones!
This is a well-appointed, well-maintained Laguna cottage that is beautifully located near the beach and downtown... everything is walking distance and beach access is a mere minutes away. BUT - it is on the PCH... right on the PCH. Maybe this isn't an issue on a weekday in October - but on a weekend in August, it was deafening. While you want to be outside to enjoy the deck and the weather, it simply isn't possible unless you find the high-decibel sounds of trucks, motorcycles, and cars relaxing. Love this place - but would only consider returning on a weekday during the off-season.

Perfect for 2 to 3 people.
Master bedroom + fold out bed + kitchen + location were all perfect for our stay. Really aporeciated direct access to PCH. Wish I would have had a little more time to enjoy the balcony.

Absolute fantastic
This is a great little property with ocean views and only a block to beach access. This is a fantastic little town, everyone is so nice, and staying here you are only a few blocks from all of the restaurants and shops. Best stay ever!
*Only minor complaint: short ladies bring a shower cap. The shower head is really tall and your hair will get wet as it's a smaller shower.

Cute little bungalow, central to everything.
Cute little bungalow in a great spot. The town of Laguna was great, loved all the little shops. Just needed a few more linens and the email for the the tv live stations but other than that everything was great.
