Rooms horrible. Rooms smelt horrible, chanded, still stunk. Carpet old, dirty n wet. Mold around tubs. Bed lumpy. My mother was bitten by something in bed (advised front desk). Though by being part of Wyndham would be ok, what a mistake.

This property is being renovated and the staff is trying really hard to over come problems that stem from the age of the facility and the neighborhood… the staff is the best thing about this place. I wish them the best of luck in their efforts. Our room was clean and we took measures to prevent our car becoming easy prey to smash and grab thieves…. We slept well.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was not cleaned only the beds were made up it smelled very bad.

My wife found a live bed bug in our bed. I took a picture and showed it to the check out girl upon leaving. When we moved the sheets back to check the rest of the bed the mattress showed to be very old. They refunded half of my hotel cost. The room smelled very musky when we entered due to high humidity. High humidity is common in Louisiana, management could install dehumidifies to help with this. The lid on the commode had been chipped away around the handle to allow for flushing rather than repaired correctly. The paint in the bathroom sealing had several spots that had peeled away.

Staff was excellent. Service was good. Very pleasant check-in. Desk clerk was accommodating by phone and in person. Room was very clean . Property seemed to be well kept.
