In the middle of the Ötz valley, on a sunny plain amidst meadows, woods, and the high Alps, this is a 1-bedroom apartment resting in Längenfeld. The spacious, private roofed terrace with lovely furniture, is perfect to unwind admiring the stunning view of the surrounding mountains. It is suitable for a couple or 2 persons.

Längenfeld itself has lots more sports and recreational facilities to offer, including tennis courts, a miniature golf course, an outdoor swimming pool, and a bike rental. It is also a great starting point for many walking trails. You will the lively old town center with various grocery stores and restaurants at 4 km. De omgeving was fantastisch en de gastvrouw was ook heel erg aardig, maar het appartement zelf is te klein om met een gezin te zitten. Wij waren gelukkig met tweeën. Maar er moet wel wat gebeuren aan het meubilair. Bijvoorbeeld het bed spiraal is echt aan vervanging toe en de keuken kastjes zijn ook aan vervanging toe. Op deze twee dingen na dan, was het verblijf prima.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön an einer ruhigen Straße gelegen mit Blick auf die 3000er Berge vom Wohnbereich aus. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett.Die Einrichtung ist teilweise ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen - was bei dem Preis vollkommen ok ist. Allerdings ist die Sauberkeit, zumindest in der Küche, für empfindliche Personen recht grenzwertig. Wenn man die Ansprüche aber etwas runterschraubt kann man die Zeit wirklich genießen.

Mooie plek overall, echt genoten van de comfortabele sfeer, De keuken was voldoende uitgerust om maaltijden te koken en de woonkamer was super ruim, We maakten enkele mooie wandelingen in de buurt en huurden zelfs fietsen, Even ter info, de WiFi was soms wat onbetrouwbaar, maar we waren meestal buiten aan het verkennen, Perfect voor een stel of kleine groep, Zou zeker weer verblijven!

Das Cottage war einfach, aber dafür muss man bezahlen. Das war in Ordnung für uns, da wir jeden Tag ausgegangen sind. Es gab genug Dinge zum Kochen, nur keine Grillwerkzeuge (oder Grill). Die Lage ist gut, schöne Aussicht mit mehreren Wanderwegen zu Fuß erreichbar (die Hängebrücke mit dem Feuermelder danach lohnt sich auf jeden Fall). Die Gastgeberin ist nett, sie ist nicht proaktiv, hilft aber bei Fragen. Nachteile waren der fehlende Grill und die Tischtennisplatte, die beide beworben wurden. Die Gastgeberin organisierte schließlich den Grill, aber in Bezug auf die Tischtennisplatte wurde uns nur gesagt, dass sie seit langem kaputt sei. Eine Enttäuschung ... alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Ruhiges Dorf mit schöner Aussicht auf das Tal und in der Nähe einer Hängebrücke. Günstig auf halbem Weg zwischen dem Oetztal. Unterkunft sehr einfach, aber OK. Einige kleine Küchengeräte. Oft keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Schade auch, dass wir erst am Ende des Urlaubs sind nur über die Einrichtungen des Oetzkaart gehört und es wurden keine Informationen von der Gastgeberin empfangen.
