i booked a reservation through expedia, when we arrived and checked in our room, there were wet stains and what looked like cheeto? stains all over the bed. we told the front desk and she changed our room, the second room also had stains such as what looks like blood? on the bed. also the door wouldn’t shut all the way so we slept with a chair in front of it. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Rooms are just old, paper thin walls can hear full conversations through the walls, the walls and baseboards are filthy and the lamp shades has mildew on them, the bed was clean and comfy tho. Also the toilet was leaking in the floor from the seal and the entire room smelled like pee

There wasn't any breakfast option as you couldn't go into the lobby, the door was locked. You could only speak to someone through a small hole. The room was unsafe, the toilet wasn't safe and something was jammed into the outlet and no battery in the smoke detector. Holes and stains on the towels.

The lady at the front desk was kind of rude and very unprofessional. Once we got to our room, we noticed our door wouldnt lock properly. The pillows felt like center blocks wrapped in fabric. Then the next morning, the front desk lady just barged in my room. Its just poorly managed.

I am 77 and this is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Open the front door, day or night, and you cannot enter the lobby. You walk up to a piece of plexiglass with a rough cut hole and talk to someone on the other side. Should have been my first clue. The room had a puddle of water under the air conditioner and lots of mold on the ceiling. Went back to the office and told them. They did not seem surprised or concerned. Gave me a second room. Two queen beds but when I pulled the covers back the bottom sheet on one of them was stained… don’t know with what. The other bed was OK and we were desperate so we stayed. The tub had a nearly 2 foot long crack running down the middle. They had put some kind of caulking in it. Checked out in the morning and no they do not do breakfast. This hotel is so bad Expedia should not even list it! The health department should shut it down.
