Single-storey house with private parking and a terrace. Located at 780 meters altitude, the house offers stunning views all around and direct access to hiking trails. Perfect for nature lovers, those seeking peace and relaxation, or sports enthusiasts. Many activities are available in the Pilat Regional Park: tree climbing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, horse riding, paragliding, and more. For cultural outings, the house is close to Saint-Étienne and Lyon, both just 20 minutes away via the A47 motorway.



The house has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds (2 double beds, 1 120 cm bed, 1 90 cm bed, 1 extra bed). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. 2 additional sleeping spots are possible in the living room sofa bed (on request).



The dining area and fully equipped kitchen include a dining table, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, and pod coffee machine. TV in the living room.



Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Baby equipment available: travel cot, high chair, stroller, changing mat, and bouncer.



Duvets, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided. On the terrace: table, chairs, gas barbecue (grill and plancha), awning, and deckchair.



Please note: Bed linen and towels are available as an option for an extra charge, payable on site. Cleaning is handled by the host; however, you are asked to empty the dishwasher, put away dishes, and take out the trash. If you choose the linen option, please leave your sheets in the laundry room.



Heating is included in winter. No additional taxes apply to this house.
